eYaad offers an online place to share a person's memory with friends and family. This Privacy Policy describes eYaad's use and disclosure of any Personal Information you submit to us.
"Personal Information" is information about you that is personally identifiable to you, like your full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, as well as other data that is voluntarily provided to eYaad when you register.
eYaad respects the privacy of the visitors to its Site. You choose what information you want to put in your profile and control the privacy of your photos, videos and stories as you go along.

We collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily through our Site.
When you register for eYaad, we will collect your name, email address, your gender, date of birth.
When you save other Personal Information in your profile we will collect any such information you enter.
When you enter Personal Information on eYaad using one of the features for example stories, photos, or messages, we will collect any such information you enter.
When you contact us by sending us an email, we will collect your email address and any information contained in the email you send us.
Once you register with eYaad and sign in to our Services, you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to use our invitation Service to tell a friend about our Site, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address. We will send your friend an email inviting him or her to visit the Site. eYaad stores this information to send these invitations, to register a friend connection if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our referral program.
Use of Information
Only your friends can view your profile information unless your profile has been set as public. Stories, photos and videos that have been uploaded as public can be viewed by any member of the Site. You can control what part of your profile information, stories, photos and videos is visible to members of the Site.
To provide you with some of the features that eYaad offers to its members, we may use Personal Information that is stored in your profile after you have requested such features, for example to send invitation emails to people that you specified as being interested in joining eYaad. In order to provide useful information about social networks to people who might be interested in eYaad, we may use your profile information and photos on the Site.
Your personal entries will not be seen by any members of eYaad unless your friend has made a request to view one or more of your personal entry. A key request will be sent to you to confirm if your friend can view your personal entry for the requested day. You have the control over accepting or denying the key request.
eYaad members can use the search feature to search for other members by name, location or email address. The Personal Information that eYaad members enter into their eYaad profile will be used for these searches. Please be aware that any information that is publicly posted throughout eYaad can be accessed by every member of the Site.
You upload content on the Site at your own risk. Although we allow you to set privacy options that limit access to your pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that User content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorised persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored your User Content. eYaad may analyze any collected information for its own internal purposes.

eYaad does not sell, rent, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except to provide products or Services you have requested, when we have your permission, or as otherwise described in this privacy policy.
We provide your Personal Information to third party Service providers who work on behalf of or with eYaad under confidentiality agreements to provide some of the Services and features of eYaad and to help us communicate with eYaad Members. These Service providers may use your personal information to communicate with you about offers and Services from eYaad and our marketing partners. However, these Service providers do not have any independent right to share this information.
If you decide to use one of the additional Services that are offered by our partners, we may forward Personal Information to these partners to enable them to provide the Services that you requested. We also provide information to third-party advertising companies, as described in the next section.

Third Party Advertising
We use third party advertising companies to serve advertisements when you visit our Site. These companies may use Personal Information, such as gender or age, and other information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to the Site, such as time of day of the login, IP address or information about the internet Service provider (ISP), in order to provide advertisements on the Site about goods and Services that may be of interest to you.
Personal Information Collected Via Technology

Controlling Your Account Information
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as Service announcements, administrative messages. You can control your account by logging into eYaad and clicking onto my account. On that page you can edit your preferences. You can change your email address, your password and your security question. If you would like to deactivate your account, then you can click on cancel my account. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to members of eYaad.
Where you make use of the communication features of the Service to share information with other individuals on eYaad, however, (e.g. sending a personal message to another eYaad User) you generally cannot remove such communications.
Confidentiality and Security
We limit access to personal information about you to employees and third parties who we reasonably believe need access to that information to provide products or Services to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you and your eYaad account information is protected by a password that you select. However, no company, including eYaad, can fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information. Email and instant messaging are not recognised as secure communications, we request that you do not send private information to us by email or instant messaging Services.

eYaad may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage our Users to be aware when they leave our Site to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. Please be aware that the terms of our Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites.
Children
eYaad does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. We recommend that children over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
eYaad may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat Personal Information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your eYaad account or by placing a prominent notice on our Site.
